They are a software development company looking for an exceptional Administration Manager to fill this key position with them in their Auckland office.
This is an exciting time for the company and accordingly they are looking for an equally exciting person to fill this challenging sole charge position.
Reporting directly to the overseas based Company Business Manager, the person they are looking for will have a excellent level of responsibility, maturity, competence and able to work without direct supervision. A level of flexibility is required as this role has the potential for significant expansion and growth.
Initially the key responsibilities for this role are: • accounts receivable and payable • invoicing • collections and payments • offering sales support • Human Resource • Ensuring the small office runs smoothly, effectively and is a happy workplace environment.
With the right person these responsibilities will expand to include accounting and compliance tasks.
A strong administration background with sound knowledge of accounting is required, as well as proficiently in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office applications. A high level of computer literacy is essential.
Package will be based on ability and experience, and the applicant should be available for immediate start.
