The Accounts and Office Manager is a very special role in our company. We see you as being the hub and backbone of our company. Your personality shines, you have loads of energy and initiative and will be super organized to ensure our office and accounts department runs efficiently.
You will be communicating with our customers daily and at times will have to balance priorities, so you will need to work well under pressure and have meticulous attention to detail all whilst maintaining your good sense of humor. You will own the accounting process end to end from processing the incoming orders, issuing invoices to receipt and allocation of payments.
We are a small team, have a ?pitch in? attitude and are all focused on growing the business and creating a great culture and place to work. We are centrally located and can offer flexibility of hours.
Day to day running of the office / accounts department
Owning the Accounts Payable & Receivable using MYOB AccountRight
Accounts Payable: Processing orders and issuing invoices
Accounts Receivable: Daily cash allocation and reconciliation
Handling Customer Queries
GST & Payroll (MYOB Payroll) filing
Production of End of Month Reports including bank reconciliations, sales reporting and reporting support to MD
Maintaining ISO9001 registers
Health & Safety
Co-ordination and dispatch of orders
A bit about you:
MYOB AccountRight 2-3 years? experience ? Inventory, Reconciliation, Excel / Word savvy
Excellent spoken and written English
Initiative, attention to detail and great attitude
