The Solar Advisor is the first point of contact for residential customers that requires educating customers of solar energy, using smart systems to qualify customers homes for solar suitable and scheduling appointments and providing handovers for Sales specialists.  The candidate will become a subject matter expert in solar system, smart energy monitoring system with battery storage, reading and interpreting electricity bills and electricity industry. The ideal candidate must have a passion and drive to make a difference and be aligned to our vision and take pride in talking about the product.

? Contribute to the success of the organization by guiding quality prospects through our product and service offering. 

? Manage lead flow to ensure customer satisfaction and successfully meet sales targets. 

? Determine suitability of sites using proprietary tools and satellite technology

? Exceed set quotas and work in a fast-paced and dynamic organisation.

? Deal effectively with all inquiries and represent company in a professional manner

? Must be able to elicit customer?s interest and concerns while providing pertinent information to the customer



? Have at least 1 year?s sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in direct sales in the electricity or solar industry. 

? Starting a Career in Sales will be considered as well if you have passion and drive.

? Previous Telemarketing experience is preferred

? Ability to learn new technology and procedures

? Be proficient with MS Office and CRM systems

? Must be customer focused at all times to ensure high quality of customer satisfaction.

? Proven track record in working in a target driven environment

? Previous experience carrying a sales quota

? Ability to work under pressure

? Ability to use sound judgment in the qualifying process

? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required

? Self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible with competent ability to plan and prioritize work in a fast paced, high volume work environment

? A persuasive, confident phone manner is required.

 We operate 7 days a week and mostly our shift revolves around customers availability at home so candidates with flexibility would be preferred.
