They work closely with retailers and suppliers to solve specific challenges, optimize their performance company-wide and add to bottom line profitability.

The position of Account Director works closely with the managing director, is based in Auckland, and will be an integral part of the business across all client services. This includes client relation management, account management, sales, data analytics & optimisation, reporting, promotion strategy, brand analysis, competitor research, to name a few.

You will ideally have a deep understanding or professional background in how retailers work and how they think, for both corporate and independent. Strong experience within sales and account management is essential for the success of this position, as well as a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills regarding data, trends, status reports.

Essentially you will be the go-to for all established and new clients within the business therefore someone who has a hands-on nature and can assist when necessary without question or hesitation.
