We?re looking to welcome a Contact Centre Consultant based in our Hastings office.
You?ll provide high quality service helping kiwis achieve their financial goals, and you will play a key role to help spread the word about the great work we do.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills are vital as well as having the ability to work under pressure. You?ll need high levels of energy, enthusiasm, positivity and confidence and possess a great sense of humour. We like to have fun!
Normal hours of work cover five days a week and some flexibility around start and finish times is required to ensure our ability to meet customers? needs. This position includes some Saturday and evening work. However this is contained within the five working days for the week. A position description for the role is attached.
