Ko t? m?tou mahi - Our Role

The Programme Steering Group Support role provides support to the Leadership Committees and Programme Governance Boards Team Leader and Senior Advisors to ensure systems and processes are in place to enable the effective operation of the leadership committees and boards. You will wear a number of hats being the go to person who schedules, manages and minutes meetings, provides admin and coordination support to the wider team and creating and maintaining relevant working documents. We are a collaborative team so you will need to bring that attitude to the role along with previous experience in an EA/PA or support role. We need someone who is a good communicator who can prioritise a busy workload and can take ownership of their work.

  • Robust understanding of internal governance functions/processes
  • Excellent business writing skills and the ability to plain English complex and technical material
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to prioritise, be results driven and have excellent time management skills
  • Experience working collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
