The Sales Manager will be responsible for the achievement of realistic sales targets by growing the significant existing customer base and ensuring that every opportunity is maximised and new business development with both residential and commercial clients. The product is used in residential and commercial markets including significant success with retirement village operators. You will have the ability to establish enduring relationships with clients, possess a can do attitude, a commitment ro excellence and service delivery. Some travel within Auckland and Waikato regions will be required.


We are seeking candidates with an understanding of and experience from within the building product sector, possessing a demonstrable track record of success of growing businesses and used to working with the challenge of a small but rapidly growing business. Outstanding negotiating abilities, a very good network with builders, architects and ideally the major retail hardware chains is desirable. The role is based in Auckland (with the ability to work from home) and the remuneration package will be designed to recognize and reward a top performer.
