Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the role of Area Sales Manager Upper North Island is responsible for the continued growth and development of sales in the Upper North Island territory.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for:

? Achieving and/or exceeding sales targets for your designated territory.

? Managing and expanding existing rural customer base

? Building and maintaining professional relationships with all customers in your designated territory.

? Developing, managing and maintaining a call cycle on the existing and future customer base.

? Accurate and up-to-date representation of the company's total offer.

? Communicating market changes and identifying growth opportunities.

Preferably you have agricultural machinery experience, or at least no less than 3 years B2B sales: experience dealing with customers. You will also have solid computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite. Experience in product management and sales qualifications, or a Trade or Technical Certificate is highly valuable but not essential. A significant amount of travel within your territory is required.
