We are looking for a Building Records Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term period to cover a staff member taking parental leave. This cover role is for 35 hours per week. 

In this role you need awareness of Council?s statutory obligations under a range of legislation and carry out administrative duties as required to meet statutory timeframes in a demanding environment. 

This role will cover administrative functions within the building team, specifically taking the lead in ensuring that our records are digitised and maintained with a high level of accuracy. A core part of this role requires a collaborative and customer service focus, with an emphasis on workload planning and organisational skills. You will also provide support to the other building administrators as and when required.

A tertiary qualification in Business Administration is desirable, with experience in a similar role an advantage.
