About You:

  • 5+ years internal recruitment experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Solid experience using Boolean and/or LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing jobs briefs and prioritise workload
  • Strong organisational skills, detail oriented and committed to continuous improvement
  • Proven track record of providing an excellent candidate experience
