What the Job Is
Join the team as a Junior Fibreglass Laminator with a leading industrial fibreglass manufacturer who’s been around since 1968. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for general laminating, machine operation, assembly, cutting/grinding, gun operations, and health and safety compliance.
Your role will involve applying layers of saturated fibre matt, curing materials, selecting appropriate fibreglass mats, releasing air bubbles, and ensuring the highest standards in all products. With a focus on learning, you'll start on the shop floor and undergo extensive training, including in-house buddy training and mentorship.
