Due to constant growth over the past twenty years and diversification we now require an experienced estimator who will be backed up by our current team. Our team hold a mixed and varied array of skills and there really isn't much we won't tackle.
What we are looking for is an experienced collision repairer turned estimator to produce quotes and job cards that have high accuracy and create clarity within our systems.
It would be expected that you can communicate with panel and paint technicians to achieve good work flow and meet expected deadlines while maintaining our quality expectations. We currently employ an apprentice estimator, so you will be asked to assist with training and share your skills with us, we are not looking for a trainee, although we will support you with any further training we see mutually beneficial.
You will be working alongside an experienced and very supportive manager, backed up by a great admin team in a clean and tidy environment, air conditioned office and negatable work hours. This is a great roll for someone ready to put there skills to use and be rewarded, you will be given the opportunity to help further improve shop flow and have your say.
The right candidate will have:
- Strong coping skills to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*Must have Collision Repair industry experience
*Strong computer skills, software training will be provided
*NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa
