Due to a significant increase in demand for our services, we are seeking a very knowledgeable horticulturally minded plant person to carry out a broad range of plant design/ advice, plant placement etc. for valued private and commercial clients.
Our ideal candidate would have the following skills:
*a proven track record with plant knowledge, including plant id, placement, selection/ design & also pests/ diseases. *can confidently read landscape plans/ specifications. *good time management skills, to achieve a quality result within appropriate timeframes. *strong communication skills; you will be engaging with co-workers, sub-contractors and clients. *the ability to meet with clients and give appropriate plant advice - in a confident manner. *be physically fit. *hold a full Class 1 or 2 license *a current Growsafe certificate and/or horticultural qualifications an advantage. *a good understanding of health & safety processes/ requirements, with support & further training available.
