The Job:

Working from hand-drawn plans (not CAD) you’ll be creating heritage-style pieces that blend tradition with high performance.

You’ll be self-motivated, capable of reading measurements and interpreting traditional joinery plans, and comfortable working independently or within a tight-knit team. Whether you’re qualified or not, what matters most is your experience, especially with features like bifolds, sliders, and double-hung windows. If you’re someone who takes ownership of your craft and takes pride in delivering high-quality, character-rich joinery, this could be the perfect fit.
